Andy Hall is Chief Design Officer at RocketFin, bringing over 30 years of experience in user-centred design and more than two decades in digital innovation. He specialises in designing complex systems for financial markets, with a focus on improving usability, workflow efficiency, and decision-making in high-pressure trading and risk environments.
Before joining RocketFin, Andy worked with global investment banks, commodities firms, and regulators, helping them simplify intricate platforms and deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences. At RocketFin, he leads the firm’s design strategy, driving the integration of UX across trading, risk, and analytics platforms, and building a globally distributed design capability to support clients around the clock.
